This vintage pre-owned Raggedy Ann & Andy Talking Bank comes in the original box, original plastric bag with original paperwork/instructions.
The box does have some wear with writing on top. But great shape for its age.  Box is 8-1/4 in x 8-1/4 in x 4 inches.
The instruction sheet has no tears. It does have creases from storage.
The bank has both lids for 2 coin emptying compartments and the lid for the battery compartment.  The bank is in excellent condition. Minor scratches on bank.
I did attempt to test the bank but it did not work. I did not spend alot of time testing. "D" battery not included.
