Product will be shipped with UPS or USPS, whichever is convenient to us and will be sent only to a PayPal confirmed address. Once payment has been confirmed, it will go out the following day except for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. USPS do not deliver on Sundays. Priority 2 to 3 days shipping only applies to the USA and is not a guaranteed service. Yes, we do ship to AA, AE, AP, and P.O.Box addresses! : Please check if your package is going out First Class or Priority Mail. If it is First Class, the United States Post Office does not provide a time frame. It states on their website that time "varies" meaning it'll could take anywhere from 10-30 business days. Priority Mail is 6-10 business days, they do not count the day it's picked up, Saturdays and Sundays. USPS will not guarantee that your package will arrive in 6-10 business days as well (that's what the customer service representative said). If item is shipped during the holidays, expect your item to be delayed a few days. If you need it sooner, please message me.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 30 days after it has been delivered. Please notify us before returning the product back and the reason. Buyer is responsible for shipping back firm. Shipping box must be in its original form, unopened and unused for returns to be accepted. Refund given as money back via PayPal minus 20% restocking fee and our shipping out cost.
